How To Enter: The Simpsons Movie On Demand Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") begins 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on January 16, 2008 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on February 16, 2008 ("Sweepstakes Period"). You may enter online by visiting http://mktg.roadrunner.com/mk/get/thesimpsonsmovie (the "Website") and completing and submitting the online registration form as prompted. Entries must be complete and received by 11:59 p.m. ET on February 16, 2008, to be eligible for the Sweepstakes Drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one prize per household. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. All Sweepstakes entries must be completed and received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period in order to participate. The Website’s database clock will be the official time keeper for the Sweepstakes. Internet entry must be made by the entrant, only at the Website.

Random Drawing/Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize is available: Grand Prize winner will receive The Simpsons Movie Limited Edition XBox. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $500. Five (5) First Prizes are available: Each First Prize winner will receive a Simpsons Giclee. The ARV of each First Prize is $100. Ten (10) Second Prizes are available: Each Second Prize winner will receive a Simpsons Prize pack consisting of: a towel with bag, a plush Spider Pig, a set of coasters, stress donut, donut notebook and a Simpsons bag. The ARV of each Second Prize is $54.94. The total combined ARV of all Sweepstakes prizes is $1,549.40. The Sweepstakes winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about February 22, 2008, from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Release: All Prize winners (or his/her parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release, except where prohibited, within ten (10) days of notification before prize is awarded. If winner fails to return the affidavit of eligibility within ten (10) days or if winner is ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all eligible entries received. If potential winner is not reachable at the address and/or e-mail address provided and a forwarding address and/or e-mail address is not made available or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, then the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
